Anna Esmara is the Community Relations & Outreach Manager for the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Erie. She leads resident-facing communications and outreach efforts that help households better understand and access programs and resources across Erie. Anna's approach centers on community voice, with an emphasis on meeting people where they are and building trusted partnerships that reflect residents' needs and priorities. With a background in social work and direct service, she brings a focus on clarity, dignity, and practical problem-solving to her work.
Outside of work, Anna enjoys spending time in nature and staying involved in efforts that promote equity, access, and community well-being.
