Thank you for your interest in our housing rehabilitation programs. 

We have had an overwhelming response to our grant programs, and we are working as quickly as we can to help as many Erie residents as possible.

We aren't able to offer any specific timeframe for when an application will be processed or when work will be performed. As we process applications, be aware that they are handled in the order that they are received.

When it's your turn, we will contact you to begin your intake process. While you are welcome to call the office for any information regarding the programs, we are unable to give status updates, and calls will not result in faster application processing. Submission of an application does not constitute acceptance into any of the RACE programs and is neither a contract nor a guarantee of work to be performed. Please know that applications and financials have to be updated every six months, without exception. It is possible that you will have to provide updated documentation more than once throughout this process.

Please note, that we are unable to perform any emergency repairs. Please let us know if you are without heat or if your hot water tank is non-functioning.
