Dylan joined the Redevelopment Authority from a previous career as a journeyman/foreman in the carpenter's union. He completed a four-year union apprenticeship, and has extensive experience overseeing trades, reading blueprints, interpreting specifications, conducting site documentation, and maintaining safety standards on active job sites in both the commercial and residential property realms. He holds a Bachelor in Fine Arts degree from Edinboro University, where he studied ceramics. In his free time, Dylan enjoys training and running with his border collie, Dottie, and is also an avid adult league ice hockey player.
