I. How to Make a Proposal
The Erie Redevelopment Authority is accepting proposals for the sale of available properties. Please click on the 'Properties for Sale' link below to view current properties.
Proposals must be received by the last Friday of every month and submitted to the ERA offices located at 917 State Street. You must submit (4) four copies of your proposal, they must be sealed in an envelope and marked "PROPOSAL ENCLOSED" with your address and phone number visible on the outside of the envelope. You may click on the 'Blighted Property Proposal Form' link to obtain the proposal format.
If you are seeking multiple properties at once, you need to submit separate proposals for each.
Interested parties may arrange to view the properties by contacting our Properties Manager Mike Lorei at 453-4505, leaving your name, phone number, and address of the property of interest. This is a proposal to purchase and renovate/improve the property within a reasonable time frame subject to conditions.

Please note - Properties listed on the website may include properties for which the Property Disposition Committee has accepted proposals. Properties are not removed from the site until after the closing on the property. Please call Mike Lorei at 453-4505 ext. 312 for property availability.
