A list of new properties offered are located in the Erie Times News every second Sunday of each month or the complete list can be downloaded or requested from the ERA.
How to Make a Proposal
The Redevelopment Authority of the City of Erie is accepting proposals for the sale of available properties. Proposals must be received by the last Friday of every month and submitted to the ERA offices located at 917 State Street.
You must submit (4) four copies of your proposal, they must be sealed in an envelope and marked "PROPOSAL ENCLOSED" with your address and phone number visible on the outside of the envelope.
If you are seeking multiple properties at once, you need to submit separate proposals for each.
Interested parties may arrange to view the properties by contacting Rich Bertges at 453-4505, leaving your name, phone number, and address of the property of interest. This is a proposal to purchase and renovate/ improve the property within a reasonable time frame subject to conditions.
