Union Square

In 2006, the Erie Redevelopment Authority began to acquire select properties in the downtown area between West 12th and West 14th Streets, State Street going west to Sassafras Streets.  The purpose of the acquisitions is for the development of a $50 million urban improvement project to include condominimiums, multi use buildings, a parking garage, and a park. 
Construction will begin soon.
