Employment

Currently there are no positions available with the Erie Redevelopment Authority. You are welcome to submit an unsolicited resume that we will keep on file for up to one year. If a position does become available that meets your qualifications, we will consider you as a potential candidate.

Contractors

The ERA bids on approximately 100 contractor projects per year, ranging from single handicap accessible ramps to million dollar street improvement projects. Most residential and some commercial rehabilitation projects are bid by invitation. If you are interested in being included on bid invitations, please contact Tom Maggio for commercial projects or Christopher Walczak for residential projects.  Both may be reached at (814) 453-4505.

Large commercial and infrastructure projects are publicly advertised in the Erie Times News and posted on this website.

Developers

ERA seeks to assist developers that share the Authority's goals and objectives. Developers wishing to work with the ERA should contact John Elliott at (814) 453-4505.
