ERA is both renovating vacant homes for resale and constructing new homes in the City of Erie. These homes are very affordable and down payment assistance is available in many areas. Please contact Rich Bertges for more information.
Through a partnership with the St. Martin Center, free homeownership and credit counseling is available to potential homebuyers.
ERA conducted an affordable homeownership awareness campaign in the summer of 2006.
